Dear Customer-- Due to the problems associated with the repair of today's complicated and contemporary electronic equipment, and the costs involved, we must require that you pay a nonrefundable service fee in advance. If parts are not available or repair is not economical, the fee will be used to help defray the costs of the time spent with all participants involved in setting service up, reviewing symptoms, creating repair scenario and scheduling appointment.

1. BY MAKING THIS PAYMENT YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS
2. THIS PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
3. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF INVOICE DATE & TIME. IF THIS PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF INVOICE CREATION DATE & TIME, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
4. INITIAL APPOINTMENT MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OR ANOTHER SERVICE FEE WILL BE REQUIRED.
5. YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL OR CELL PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR JUNK MAIL/SPAM FILTERS (PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL/SPAM FOLDERS).
6. THE UNIT MUST BE IN A SERVICEABLE POSITION OR SERVICEABLE AREA PRIOR TO THE TECHNICIAN’S ARRIVAL. IF THE UNIT IS NOT IN A SERVICEABLE POSTION, THE APPOINTMENT MAY BE DELAYED AND ADDITIONAL COST OF AN EXTRA PERSON MAY APPLY.
7. WHEN MOVING APPLIANCE, YOU UNDERSTAND THERE IS AN INHERENT RISK IN SUCH A MOVEMENT. THERE IS THE RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE ITSELF, AND TO AREAS SURROUNDING ITS INSTALLTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FLOORING, CABINETRY, AND COUNTERTOPS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE TECHNICIAN IS NOT REQUIRED TO MOVE THE APPLIANCE. IN EXCHANGE FOR HIS WILLINGNESS TO DO SO, YOU PROMISE TO HOLD FAULTLESS, BOTH THE TECHNICIAN AND APPLIANCE REPAIR CENTER OF MAINE, FROM ANY AND EVERY LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SUCH DAMAGE AS MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS MOVEMENT.
8. LABOR WARRANTY TERM: 30 DAY SERVICE FEE – IF THE SAME ISSUE OCCURS WITHIN THIS TIME THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE CHARGE. ADDITIONAL LABOR RATE WILL APPLY.
9. PARTS WARRANTY TERM: 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF INSTALLATION. MFG PART FAILURE ONLY (BREAKAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NON MFG DEFECT) IF PART WAS USED IN ATTEMPTED REPAIR AND AUTHORIZED BY CX, PART MAY INCUR RESTOCKING FEE IF AVAILABLE TO BE RETURNED TO VENDOR.

(HR) Hourly Rate: $100.00 (15min increments)
(SSHR)Sealed System Hourly Rate: $200.00 (15min increments)
(AMSF) Additional Unit: $ 75.00 Service Fee for Additional units while on site
(EM) Extra Man: $140.00 Additional Flat Rate
Repairs can range in price. Pricing will be discussed at time-of-service.
